Description

The contract involves the construction of a new platform lift together with any necessary structural alterations, and alterations to form Accessible Disabled toilet facilities, Kitchen and stores, on basement, ground and first floors together with the formation of a new glazed screened entrance area. A Schedule of Works to assist in tendering this project is included in this set of Tender Documents and a fully priced copy will be required within 3 days of receipt of the successful Tender which will be used for the purposes of Valuations and settlement of Final Account, to assist the Tenderer the document is fully formulated to enable costs to be accurately transposed. The drawings for the works are included as well as the Tender Form and Pre-Construction Information Pack.
