PoJ are looking to appoint a Contractor who will develop the existing concept design and construct, install and test the 'Shell and Core' requirements within the space identified on the first floor of the airport terminal building. Broadly, the works will include: - Development of the concept design (RIBA 2) through to technical design (RIBA 4) - Collaboration with key stakeholders, - Organise and manage progress meetings with the Client, - Construction of the 'shell and core' on the first floor of the airport terminal - Installation, testing and commissioning of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing ('MEP') services - Defect identification and rectification
