Cleaning Services – Residential Properties and Ad-hoc requirements

Description

The university is procuring cleaning services for our residential properties; and is looking to appoint a suitably experienced company to deliver the general cleaning requirements within its residential properties; we currently operate six residential buildings containing both en-suite and standard flats, generally the works will be undertaken independently by the appointed supplier, however, during the course of the contract, it may be alongside UCLan staff. Cleaning services will generally be required at pre-scheduled frequencies, however, this is not conclusive as works requests may be issued outside these periods on an ad-hoc basis.There may also be some ad hoc requirements as per the specification.
