The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) has awarded a contract for services to deliver the Global Mine Action Programme 3 (GMAP 3) in Ukraine. The expected contract value is up to £6.1m. The contract is expected to run from August 2023 to the end of March 2025 with a possible extension(s) of up to 24 months and potential additional value of up to £6.6m. GMAP3 Ukraine will contribute to the overall GMAP3 programme. The Global Mine Action Programme 3 (GMAP3) began in April 2022, and is building on the success of its predecessor (the Global Mine Action Programme 2) in tackling the threat of landmines and other explosive remnants of war.
