Description

The Council is seeking to procure the services of a suitably experienced contractor to carry out Treasury Advisory Services. Advice on how to keep the Council's funds secure and manage the risks associated with external investments. Up to date advice is needed throughout the contract duration on counterparties that should be included or removed from the Council's lending list, the limits for individual counterparties (amount and period of investment), alternative investment options available and which financial instruments should be used. Advice on external borrowing to minimise borrow costs.
