Note that this not a tender process as is instead an early market engagement exercise. Following on from our soft market engagement in July '22, we are now holding a final early engagement exercise with the market before moving ahead with the procurement process for a new Galleon and Tree Encampment in the DPWMP - Kensington Gardens. We would appreciate any feedback and suggestions you are able to make on our draft brief and proposed procurement process. We would be happy to offer a slot to discuss your comments and look forward to receiving your feedback. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
