The Council is seeking a provider to carry out, but not limited to, the remote monitoring of legionella water temperatures within council owned properties, utilising wireless access point technology or similar. The system must be able to provide an online management portal to the end user providing real time water temperature information and automated critical alarm events that are sent in real time via email of other instant communication systems. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
