Unite Procurement UK Limited (part of Unite Holding SE), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Mercateo Procurement Platform to support the provision of white goods for use by the Ministry of Defence and associated organisations. The Mercateo Procurement Platform (www.mercateo.co.uk) offers a compliant route to market for UK Public Sector organisations to manage low-value, high-volume procurement. We are seeking suppliers able to provide a broad range of white goods, including but not limited to refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, and cookers. Suppliers must be able to offer delivery to multiple UK locations and demonstrate compliance with relevant UK and EU standards for energy efficiency and product safety. Key Requirements: Supply of new, energy-efficient white goods suitable for institutional and residential use. Ability to fulfil orders of varying sizes to locations across the UK. Compliance with all relevant UK and EU regulations. Willingness to transact via the Mercateo Procurement Platform. How to Apply: Interested suppliers should register their interest by contacting Unite Procurement UK Limited and provide details of their product range and delivery capabilities. Further information on the onboarding process for the Mercateo Procurement Platform will be provided upon expression of interest and can also be found on the link provided. Unite Procurement UK Limited does not intend to appoint a sole supplier for this requirement. Instead, multiple suppliers may be onboarded to the Mercateo Procurement Platform to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base, supporting flexibility and choice for the Ministry of Defence and associated organisations. Suppliers are encouraged to express their interest by the stated closing date to ensure early consideration. However, applications to join the Mercateo Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline. Unite Procurement UK Limited reserves the right to review and onboard new suppliers on a rolling basis to meet evolving requirements and to maintain a dynamic and responsive supplier network.
